Clean air advocates gathered on the steps of the Utah State Capitol Tuesday, urging lawmakers to make the right choices when it comes to clean air legislation.
There are dozens of bills currently being debated on Utah’s Capitol Hill dealing with air pollution, many of them take aim at state code for new home construction.
Data from the Division of Environmental Quality suggests building and home emissions account for 39 percent of Utah’s air pollution.
